Shravan Kousik, a PhD student working with Prof. Joachim Bill and Dr. Petia Atanasova at the Department of Bioinspired Materials won the 'Best Lecture Award' for his presentation entitled 'Nanostructured Oxide Materials as Catalyst Supports for Molecular Heterogeneous Catalysis under Confinement' during the 20th Nano-BW Symposium, held at Bad Herrenalb on the 04th of December, 2023. He received a cash award worth 150 € and a certificate.
The Nano-BW Symposium is an annual event attended by doctoral students from the Universities of Stuttgart, Ulm, Tübingen, Konstanz, Karlsruhe, and Freiburg. The prize was instituted by the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung
