Wide-Angle Tomographic Atom Probe (WATAP)

Modular Tomographic Atom Probe (M-TAP)

  • Atom probe of minimum size with only one vacuum chamber + airlock for a direct connection the  FIB-SEM Scios
  • Base voltage: < 15 kV
  • Evaporation by laser pulses
  • Detector:
    • Efficiency > 80%
    • Triple Stack, Delay Line
    • Diameter of the MCPs: > 75 mm
  • Flight length: 10,5 cm
  • Measurement rate: 107 Atome/h
  • Temperature: > 20 K
